Job Description/ Work Profile


Designation: Career Development Executive / Officer
Job Description:
•Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales).
•Lead generation through cold calling
•Identifying suspects and prospects
• Meeting & Counselling prospective students (mostly working executives in various industries).

It would involve 70% inside sales & 30% outdoor meetings

Hiring is for branches in Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad.

All initial and final interview will happen via Skype. The candidate need not travel to any branch for the interview.

Working days will be Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. Till lockdown is over, sales will be mainly over phone.

Over and above fixed salary, company has attractive incentives and bonus in place

Eligibility criteria: Graduate or MBA from any stream with good communication skills, street smart, good personality and really keen to work in sales profile
