Job Description/ Work Profile


1. Co-ordination with recruiters for understanding their requirements or solving their queries, sending them emails or resumes leading to business development

2. Sourcing through various job boards, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications, Talking to candidates to understand their job preference, interview scheduling,etc

3. Location - Virar & Churchgate

3. Short listing the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.

4. Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations

5. Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same.

6. Maintaning database of resumes received through email (those registered on the website automatically get captured in an excel) by sorting them in relevant categories

7. Following up with Recruiters at each stage – Inquiry, Sharing requirements, Feedback on Resume/ Interviews, etc

8. Registering Candidates and Recruiters on the website

9. Reaching out to various employers to post their openings on the website

10. Review content for auto-emails sent on various actions of jobseekers and recruiters like registration, job posting, job live, job application etc. We need to check if it requires any improvement

11. Help students in resume writing
