Job Description/ Work Profile


- Designation: Sr. Business Development Executive

- Reporting Head to CEO

- Handle the profile from lead to closure. Identifying a potential prospect as a lead. Understanding the prospect needs and providing the best solution to meet their business requirements. Point of contact for any escalations and maintaining fruitful relationships with the existing clients

- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Conduct Online/Onsite Product Demonstration with the prospects.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays to the prospects.

- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

- Maintaining Sales Presentation with the Higher Management on weekly or monthly basis.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

- Developing quotes and proposals

- Office Timing: 10:00am to 6:30pm

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 2nd & 4th Sat Off.

Desired Candidate Requirement


- Qualification: Any Graduation (BSc-IT/ BE-IT or BSc-Comp/BE-Comp preferred)

- Relevant Minimum Work Experience & Industry 2-4 years

- Communication Skills: Understanding the client requirements and providing with relevant solutions. Strong communication and IT fluency

- Interpersonal & Presentation skills: Excellent time management and organisation. Good presentation and delivery of information and
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.

- Client Interaction: Responding to client queries and handling timely delivery of requirements.

- Negotiation Skills: Negotiate with clients basis on their requirements and our project plans and pricing

- Co-ordination: Co-ordinating with internal team for the on-boarding process
